1. Eligible for Refund

You CAN get a refund if:

  • Non-Delivery: Items not delivered within 24 hours of successful payment
  • Technical Failure: Our system fails to deliver after payment confirmation
  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same order (both transactions refunded)
  • Wrong Amount Charged: You were charged more than the displayed price
  • Service Unavailable: Game servers are down and delivery cannot be completed within 48 hours
  • Payment Failed but Amount Deducted: Money deducted but order shows as failed

Eligible Refund Timeframes:

  • UPI Payments (BGMI): 3-5 business days after approval
  • PayPal Payments (PUBG/KR): 24-48 hours after approval

2. NOT Eligible for Refund

You CANNOT get a refund if:

  • Wrong Player ID: You provided incorrect in-game ID (always double-check!)
  • Change of Mind: After successful delivery, you no longer want the items
  • Game Ban: Your account was banned by game developers (PUBG/BGMI/Krafton)
  • Server Issues: Game servers are temporarily down (we deliver when servers are up)
  • Delayed Delivery (under 24h): Delivery took 1-4 hours but was successful
  • Wrong Game Version: You bought BGMI UC for PUBG Global or vice versa
  • Promotional Items: Items purchased during special promotions or discounts
  • Partial Delivery: Part of your order was delivered (partial refunds not available)
  • Request after 24 hours: Any refund request submitted after 24 hours of purchase

IMPORTANT: Always verify your Player ID before confirming payment. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect IDs provided by you.

4. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Before Payment: Orders not yet paid can be cancelled by simply closing the payment window or not completing the transaction.

After Payment: Once payment is completed, orders are processed automatically and cannot be cancelled. You must wait for delivery and request refund only if eligible under the conditions above.

Processing Time: Orders are processed instantly (within 60 seconds). Cancellation is NOT possible once payment is confirmed.

How to Cancel an Order Before Payment:

  • Close the payment popup/modal
  • Remove items from cart if desired
  • No action needed - unpaid orders are automatically cleared

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@pubgucbuy.com with subject line: "REFUND REQUEST - [Your Transaction ID]"
  2. Include the following information:
    • Full Name (as on account)
    • Transaction ID / Order ID
    • Date and time of purchase
    • Game (BGMI / PUBG / PUBG KR)
    • Amount paid
    • Payment method (UPI / PayPal)
    • Reason for refund request
    • Screenshot of payment confirmation (if available)
  3. Wait for verification: We'll respond within 2-4 hours
  4. Approved refunds are processed within:
    • UPI: 3-5 business days
    • PayPal: 24-48 hours

6. Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or PayPal instead of contacting us first:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • You will be permanently banned from using our services
  • Legal action may be taken for fraudulent chargebacks
  • Any pending orders will be cancelled

Please contact us first! We're reasonable and will help resolve any issues. Chargebacks should only be used as a last resort if we fail to respond within 48 hours.
